Executive Sous Chef
MPCC is Recruiting For An Executive Sous Chef To Join Our Robust and Innovative Culinary Team. The Executive Sous Chef serves on the culinary management team as the "second-in-command" of the kitchen. Reports directly to the Executive Chef and assists in supervising food production for all food outlets, banquet events and other functions at the Club. Assists with food production tasks as needed and assures that quality and cost standards are consistently attained. Supervises kitchen staff of 32 employees. The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate culinarian with five plus years in a leadership role, including experience in both large volume and high-end exclusive events. Must be able to demonstrate on a daily basis a commitment to both exceeding our Members and guests expectations as well as creating a consistent dining experience at all of our dining outlets.
Membership Services Administrative Assistant
Provide support to the Membership Services Manager including the facilitation of Membership admissions in an accurate and timely manner to meet the deadlines and objectives of the department. Answer inbound calls and direct visitors and members,
general administrative duties, prepare written responses to routine inquiries, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, agendas, meeting minutes and emails. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for Membership Services Manager,
manage project timelines, assist with membership admissions procedures, serve as the administrative support for Membership and Admission Committees, cover front desk receptionist for breaks and vacations.
All Around Cook
We are currently recruiting for a Dishwasher to ensure that clean and sanitary dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils are available for use as promptly as possible with little or no breakage. Help maintain high levels of cleanliness
while completing washing assignments.
Valet attendants needed to join MPCC. We need dedicated valet attendants who work great within a team environment. Reliable, hardworking individuals who are willing to go above and beyond what is expected We are currently seeking valet attendants with open availability. The Valet will park members cars and greet them with a smile. This means carefully, efficiently, & in a timely manner. Greet all Members by name, take care of their needs, & develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean & organized. Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision. Smile, go above & beyond.
Golf Services Representative
Greet Members and guests at the podium, provide golf carts and assist with golf bags. Keep area clean around Pro Shop, Bag Room, Cart Barn, range and podiums. Constantly patrol area to offer assistance to Members and guests. Return golf carts to barn and ensure golf carts are charged, clean and have pencils. Closing procedures include; secure cart barn after insuring that all carts are account for including rental, range, Marshal and shuttle carts. Clean Member and guests' golf clubs after round and place in their car or bag drop. Responsible for proper return and security of clubs to bag room and electrical pull carts. Marshal when needed. Clear chipping green. Set up driving ranges and pick up balls. Ensure all services to Members are provided in a highly professional and efficient manner.
