The qualifications include a la carte food service experience in an upscale environment with an emphasis on guest service skills. Bartending experience a plus. Ability to work in a team environment. Must be 21 years of age or older for this position. Scheduling requirements include daytime, evenings and weekends.

Executive Sous Chef
MPCC is Recruiting For An Executive Sous Chef To Join Our Robust and Innovative Culinary Team. The Executive Sous Chef serves on the culinary management team as the "second-in-command" of the kitchen. Reports directly to the Executive Chef and assists in supervising food production for all food outlets, banquet events and other functions at the Club. Assists with food production tasks as needed and assures that quality and cost standards are consistently attained. Supervises kitchen staff of 32 employees. The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate culinarian with five plus years in a leadership role, including experience in both large volume and high-end exclusive events. Must be able to demonstrate on a daily basis a commitment to both exceeding our Members and guests expectations as well as creating a consistent dining experience at all of our dining outlets.

We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Stewarding Supervisor to ensure that all dishes, glassware, utensils, washing equipment, and work area are kept clean, safe, and sanitary, and to support kitchen staff by performing basic preparation and cleaning tasks. Duties and responsibilities to include: Supervise cleaning procedures performed by dishwashers; Set standards of cleanliness and sanitation and ensure implementation
We are currently recruiting for a Dishwasher to ensure that clean and sanitary dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils are available for use as promptly as possible with little or no breakage. Help maintain high levels of cleanliness
while completing washing assignments.
Golf Services Representative
We are currently recruiting a Golf services Representative to greet members and guests in a polite and friendly manner at the arrival to the Golf Pro Shop, provide golf carts, and assist with bags and pull carts. Ensure that all members and their guests have an exceptional golfing experience. Make sure the Clubhouse and Point Joe Ranges are properly stocked with range balls and equipment. Required education and experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valet attendants needed to join MPCC. We need dedicated valet attendants who work great within a team environment. Reliable, hardworking individuals who are willing to go above and beyond what is expected We are currently seeking valet attendants with open availability. The Valet will park members cars and greet them with a smile. This means carefully, efficiently, & in a timely manner. Greet all Members by name, take care of their needs, & develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean & organized. Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision. Smile, go above & beyond.
We are currently recruiting for a Greenskeeping Intern position to assist with course maintenance that will ensure challenging play, attractive appearance, and long-term golf course health. Essential duties will include the grooming of assigned areas and maintain attractive and healthy courses. This position requires six months related experience and/or training, and a valid drivers license.
Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to provide members and their guests with courses and practice areas with excellent playing conditions, exceptional turf management, resulting in a superior golf experience. This is a supervisory position that will assist the Golf Course Superintendent and the Director of Greens and Grounds in every manner with maintaining our outstanding golf courses. A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred; and, three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires a valid driver's license. A Pesticide Qualified Application Certificate is desirable.
